Xceed RC, in collaboration with Italian company SRC and former F1 mechanic Pietro Corradini, are pleased to announce this new Zytec 1/8th scale body shell. Tested extensively by World Vice Champion Andrea Cristiani, its design allows for great top speed and good cornering traction thanks to its low and flat front and side wing design. Also incredibly stable at high speed as well as under braking, the new shell sports clearance at the front for the shock tower and upper wishbones as well as having very stiff sides thanks to a special built in shape. Available in 1mm and 0.75mm thick versions, it is on the 2010 list of EFRA homologated body shells.
Xceed Zytec V2 1/8 scale onroad body is close to the release. The new version gives more stability and safe traction in medium-fast tracks compare to the super steering achieved from the previous V1 version. This makes this body easier to race. The SRC / Xceed Zytec body in the last two years became the standard body design for the 1/8 on road cars and many companies followed the design to be on the same level. This 2010 V2 type is 8mm longer with the whole surface lower by an average of 4mm. XceedRC plans plans the release for beginning of February 2010. Again in normal and light versions. The V1 version remains available ofcourse. Final pictures soon
