Introduction

The original Timber® captured the thrill of incredible Short Takeoff and Landing (STOL) capabilities in a design featuring sporty flight performance and ultra-friendly handling. From low-time to very experienced pilots, nearly everyone enjoys flying the Timber–but some wish it had even more aerobatic capability. The E-flite® Timber X 1.2m combines the STOL capabilities of the original model with a new wing design featuring oversized ailerons and flaps, plus an enlarged rudder and elevator and a more powerful 3S and 4S compatible power system, to also deliver 3D performance you'd expect from an all-out aerobat!

Overview

The E-flite Timber X 1.2m unleashes a new era of STOL plus 3D aerobatic capability. Based on the extremely popular Timber 1.5m model but featuring a new wing design, oversized control surfaces plus a 3S and 4S compatible power system, it offers an even wider flight envelope to deliver a truly “mild to wild” experience. Hollow-core EPO construction with composite reinforcement results in a lightweight yet strong airframe that's capable of handling extreme aerobatic maneuvers while keeping the wing loading low for impressive Short Takeoff and Landing (STOL) and slow flight performance. It's also equipped with high-torque, metal-geared servos plus the shock-absorbing landing gear of the original model so you can fly as aggressively as you want from almost any surface. You can even install the included leading edge slats for improved slow flight performance, or the optional floats (EFL5261, sold separately) so you can fly from water. Add in the LED landing, navigation and strobe lights plus many of the other popular features of the original, and the Timber X is a model almost every pilot can appreciate and enjoy!

Plug-N-Play® Completion Level

This Plug-N-Play (PNP) model comes out of the box with a factory-installed power system and servos that are ready to connect to the compatible receiver of your choice (sold separately). Simply install the receiver, finish any final assembly, and fly!

eXtreme Maneuverability

The factory-installed brushless power system features a 50-amp ESC plus a specially-tuned motor and prop that deliver an abundance of thrust with a 3S LiPo battery, or eXtra power and vertical performance with a 4S battery without the need for any modifications or upgrades.

Composite-reinforced, hollow-core construction with EPO material delivers a lightweight yet durable airframe. The Timber X 1.2m is also equipped with high-torque, metal-geared servos plus the shock-absorbing landing gear and oversized tundra-style wheels of the original model so you can fly aggressively from almost any surface.

STOL (Short Takeoff and Landing) Capable

The new wing design has a shorter span yet almost as much wing area as the original, plus it features drooped wingtips and can be equipped with the included optional-use leading edge slats for improved slow flight and STOL performance. These features, along with the lightweight design, oversized flaps and high-power brushless motor make it possible to spring into the air or float down to land in as little as two feet or less.

LED Lights

Like the original, the Timber X 1.2m comes with realistic-looking LED landing, navigation, and strobe lights that are factory-installed and powered from the flight battery.

Optional Floats

Owners of an original Timber 1.5m model can use the float set it came with on the Timber X 1.2m, or the EDO-style float set is available separately and includes the required mounting struts plus a dual-rudder steering system for excellent handling and easy takeoffs and landings on water.

우선 저희 호라이즌 제품은 RTF/BNF/PNP/ARF 제품군으로 이루어 져 있습니다. 전용 자이로 수신기 사용시에 조종기는 Spektrum 조종기만을 사용 하셔야 비행이 가능합니다. 타사 조종기와 호환은 되지 않으며 자이로 부분 또는 수신기부분을 변경하셔야 사용이 가능합니다. 변경이 불가한 제품군도 있습니다. ( UMX 급/체구가 작은드론 은 변경불가 합니다.)

1. 우선 저희쪽에서 조종기 및 비행기 셋팅 및 테스트는 완료 되어 발송됩니다.

2. 조종기를 우선 보시면 많은 은색의 스위치가 있는경우도 있습니다. 모든 스위치를 0으로 마추어 주세요. (없는경우도 있습니다.)

3. 그후 조종기 전원을 켜주신후 스로틀 (스프링 이 없는 조종스틱을 아래로 내려주세요)

4. 드론의 전원 컨넥터를 연결 합니다. 그후 평평 한 곳에 잠시 4~5 초 놔둡니다.

(이부분이 자이로 수평값을 인식 하는 시기 입니다. 이때 절대 움직이지 말아 주셔야 하며 달리는 차량 안에서 등 에서는 불가 합니다. 또한 기체의 LED 가 빠르게 깜빡일경우에는 잘못된것이니 용산알씨 기술지원 센터로 연락 부탁드립니다. ※본 매뉴얼 뒷면에 해결 방법 있습니다.)

5. 그후 기체의 LED가 깜빡이지 않고 들어와 있으면 정상 입니다.

조종기의 스위치가 있는경우도 있고 없는경우도 있습니다. 있는경우에는 스위치 옆 라벨에 알파벳으로 되어있습니다. B스위치는 사용하는 스위치 입니다.

B스위치 – 기본적으로는 0 1 2 이렇게 되어있습니다. 이부분에서 0번이 노말 비행 상태입니다. 초급자 연습시에 사용 합니다. 1번은 중급 비행시 사용 합니다. 2번은 고속 고급자 비행을 하실때 사용 하게 됩니다. 단 1/2 번 스위치가 켜지게 되면 기체는 배면 비행도 가능하게 됩니다.. (주의)

그외 조종 스틱의 좌측 상하 / 좌우 or 우측 상하 / 좌우 의 주변에는 버튼 또는 레바가 있습니다.

이부분은 기체의 상하 좌우 회전에 있어 미세조종 입니다. 한쪽으로 흐르거나 하는 부분을 보정하는 버튼,레바 입니다. 흐르는 방향의 반대로 2~3클릭씩 옴겨주세요.

기본적으로 바인딩은 기체와 조종기 연결이 끊어져 수신기의 LED가 빠르게 점멸 또는 LED가 켜지지 않는경우에 해주시는 것 입니다.
